Vendor Package:
The sponsorship package includes the following:
~Display Fee: $15
~Feature/Sell/Promote personal business items
~Table rental: One 6’ table, need your own table cloth, and 2 chairs.
~Supply promotional items for event gift bags (optional) ~Complimentary admission to the event Listing in West Potomac Academy website
Event Information:
~Set up at 5:30 PM
~Tear down completed immediately following each event
~Please leave no items overnight at event
~Vendors will be responsible for your own payment processing at the event. Cash/credit is recommended.
~Lighting will be limited, please supply additional lighting and extension cords.
